Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 1 year on electric items and 90 days on all other items purchased from an authorized seller of our brands located within New Zealand. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or negligence. Glass damage is not covered under our limited warranty.

3. New Zealand Consumer Guarantees

All warranties comply with New Zealand consumer guarantees rules and adhere to New Zealand warranty laws. This means that our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

In your message, please include your proof of purchase and a description of the basis of your claim. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your warranty claim, but may be reimbursed or credited if the product is found to be faulty.
